ly with your exhibition stand. We can work directly with exhibitors, agencies and stand builders, supplying anything from a single display through to a complete AV setup.

Our team can take care of delivery, installation and setup, with technical support available throughout the event where required.

Screens & Displays

For presentations, promotional videos, demonstrations or digital signage, we can provide a range of professional displays in different sizes.

Screens can be free standing, either wheeled or static, incorporated into exhibition stands or installed in other suitable locations depending on the design of the space.

We can also help with signal distribution and playback where several screens need to display the same or different content.

LED Video Walls

LED Video Walls are a flexible option for exhibition stands where a larger display or more bespoke screen size is required.

Our modular LED system can be configured to suit different stand designs and can be free standing, flown or integrated seamlessly into a stand structure.

We provide the complete package including the LED Wall, processing, installation and playback, so you don’t need to worry about specifying individual components. All you need to provide is the content for the screens. 

Sound for Exhibition Stands

Where audio forms part of a presentation, demonstration or activation, we can provide sound systems to suit any stand and audience size.

This can include discreet speaker systems, microphones, mixing equipment and playback, with the system configured to give clear coverage.

Lighting

Looking for something a little more eye catching? We can also supply effect and atmospheric lighting and truss systems alongside the AV package.

Whether that’s simple lighting to highlight products and graphics or a larger system forming part of the stand design, we can work alongside your stand contractor or production team to put together a suitable setup.

From Installation to Breakdown

Exhibition schedules can be tight, particularly during build and breakdown periods.

We can coordinate our installation with your stand builder or event schedule, test the system before the exhibition opens and return after the event for removal.

For more involved setups, technicians can also remain on site to provide support during the show.
