Coronavirus Covid-19 Update

We’ve been keeping a close eye on the situation since the initial outbreak and have been following all government guidelines to ensure all of our staff and customers remain safe.

We currently have NO confirmed cases of the virus within our business and we hope to keep it like this.
We are still fully operational and working remotely where possible, handling a high amount of emails from clients with upcoming events – we are still taking phone calls but emails are preferred as it’s a lot easier for us to handle and keep track of at the moment.

This is an unprecedented time for the events industry and for the country as a whole. Because of this and the ever changing advice and restrictions, we’ve put the following measure in place:

  • Cancellations and Postponements: We understand that the majority of upcoming events will need to be postponed (or even cancelled). We’ve waived the fees for changing your event date for events affected by the virus.
    All we ask is you try and keep your new date within 12 months of your existing booking and be patient as we have a lot to work through.
    Date changes are subject to availability and our standard terms still apply for cancellations.

    We’d recommend postponing any events planned between now and the beginning of July 2020, to be on the safe side.

  • Events that are still going ahead: We WILL NOT be involved in events that go against any government restrictions. Certain hires and bookings may still be going ahead over the next few weeks but we will contact you to discuss.

  • Hygiene: As always, we’re taking hygiene and cleanliness measures as far as we can – all equipment still in use is cleaned with an alcohol based antibacterial cleaner and all staff are regularly using hand sanitiser. We are minimising unnecessary contact wherever possible.

  • Once the Dust Settles: We will be continually monitoring all government advice and following all guidelines. Our cleaning routines will remain high even after the “dust settles” so to speak. We’re always on hand and we are still taking bookings for the end of 2020 and the whole of 2021.

We are working closely with venues and other suppliers to try and help as much as we can.
